That article’s a great find! There is a great podcast from the CBC that goes in depth on biphasic sleep. The shows host actually isolates himself so he can experience it. Unfortunately, the files are not available on the CBC website, but you can find a torrent download if you google for “All About Sleep – CBC Radio Documentary torrent”.
