1. Arrange chicken over cut zuchinni, carrots, onions, spinach and garlic. Sprinkle with spices, cover, and put in the oven @ 400 degrees.
2. Run down the east river in Vibram Five Fingers. Extra points for hitting a downpour with high winds right at the halfway point.
3. Arrive home fully soaked, wet from head to toe (I think my headphones might have gotten a little water in them) to a very good smelling apartment.
4. Take the chicken out of the oven and enjoy 🙂
