EXCITING NEWS: The Official 2011 Primal Blueprint Challenge Kicks Off on September 12

Have you ever considered a Primal Challenge?   Of course, we’d love to have you join us.   And now, primal guru Mark Sisson is jumping into the mix!

Mark Sisson

Mark runs the most popular primal site on the web:  Mark’s Daily Apple.   His site is an invaluable resource for all things primal, and once a year he launches a big Primal Blueprint 30-Day Challenge.

This year, his challenge kicks off on September 12.

What does that mean exactly?   It means if you join in the fun, you’ll not only start getting into the best shape of your life, you’ll also have a chance at thousands of dollars worth of prizes:  Primal food, fitness gear, gadgets and more.   Everyone can participate, it’s totally free, and you don’t even have to officially sign up.

Of course, it will fit in perfectly with a Primal Challenge at our site here.  If you’re already doing a challenge, or you were but started slipping, this is the perfect way to recommit.

He gives 7 suggestions on how to prepare:

1. Commit to change
2. Set an alarm
3. Gather equipment
4. Organize your friends and family
5. Grab the 30-Day Challenge flyer and pass it out to friends
6. Grab a free copy of Primal Blueprint Fitness
7. Grab your own Primal Leap kit

For more, check out his post on the Primal Blueprint challenge here.    There’s truly no better time to go Primal than September 12!   What do you say?   Want to give it a shot??

  1. I am excited that this came right after the end of my own 30-day challenge that I started in August 1. I kept with it even through the beginning of September because I was so impressed with the results, and this fueled me to keep going. This month, since I have the diet part down pretty well, my personal goal will be to follow a good fitness program. I kicked it off this afternoon with alternating kettlebell swings and sprints. I am also shooting for a goal of at least 10,000 steps a day, as measured by my Fitbit. http://www.fitbit.com
