The Fail blog has a video making the rounds now that shows a woman trying to swing on a rope into some water. I just added it to YouTube so I could share here:
Of course, I hope she didn’t get hurt. What really strikes me about the video, though, is how weak this woman is. She has zero upper body strength. And she’s overweight. Add them together, toss in a rope swing, and disaster is inevitable.
The Primal Challenge isn’t just about eating healthy or losing weight. It’s about getting your body and mind back to the way they’re supposed to be: lean and strong.
Eating primal will make you lean. Exercising primal will make you strong.
Bottom Line: It’s not natural to be as unfit as this woman — though it is unfortunately all too common.
