Steak, mushrooms, grapes, broccoli, asparagus, pears, a small piece of beef jerky and a banana as an appetizer! All served with some good old fashioned water.
So I have made it through my first day of “eating paleo” and honestly it wasn’t that hard. It is very simple to know what to eat and what not to eat. I spent no more time cooking my food than usual. And now I am going to attempt and go to sleep before 10:30pm for the first time in 3 years! Also, I feel terrific, and don’t feel hungry either. Lunch was the hardest, but I decided to take smaller bites and cut my food into smaller pieces. That way it takes longer to eat. It seemed to work!
