Looks like it was a blast! No barefoot Ted?
Yeah, it was fun, thanks! And Barefoot Ted was there. Lots of folks were there, we just didn’t get pics with everyone. You should come next year, it’s fun. Also, we should plan on hitting up the Ancestral Health Symposium. It’s gonna be in Boston.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this. You two must come see me next time you’re in NY. I want to do the barefoot run with ya’ll next yr! Heart.
Deal! You’ll really get a kick out of it. This ended up being a super rushed weekend for us, we even missed the afternoon workshops. In Saturday night, out Sunday after the run. Next year we hopefully will have a bit more time, and of course you and Corin will be super hyper ripped paleo warriors by then!
